With 4 CDs already under her belt, Kate is no stranger to folk music. Her most recent recording, Ballad of a Bad Girl (Dog Eared Discs 2021) makes number 5. Fifteen years between her last CD and this one, Kate has moved to a new level in her songwriting (with Anne Lindley) and her vocal prowess.

Kate's fourth CD, Where the Mangoes Are (Appleseed Recordings 2005), charted to #2 before its official release on Appleseed Records. The song Mercy charted as the #1 most played song for several months on folk radio.

Her 3rd CD, Don’t Get Me Started (Brambus Records, 2001) was picked up by the Swiss label one month after its release in the USA, generating a wave of bookings at festivals and prominent US and European venues.

Kate’s first two CDs, Next (1998) and Broken Bones (1996)
were released on Waterbug Records, an elite label regarded for showcasing the “royalty” of songwriters and musicians. These recordings helped to launch Kate’s musical career, solidifying a dream she held since the age of 4, when she picked up her mother’s Gibson LG-2 for the very first time.
